Desk clerks were excellent, friendly, always ready to help. Room attendants did excellent job keeping clean. Location is near shopping, bus lines, train line, but off the beaten track just a bit.

The hotel is well located being close to the entertainments and restaurants of Oxford Street, and in easy walking distance to the centre of the city and Central and Museum Railway stations. The room was spotlessly clean with everything I would expect from good hotel in Australia. The breakfast was good value for money. The staff were courteous and helpful.
The two lifts are small. The flat screen television in my room was affixed to the wall with a metal arm. The mechanism for adjusting the tilt was worn so the television was angled downward and could not be made to stay parallel to the wall.

Location: the hotel was near to the opera house and other attractions, and George Street and Haymarket are. I found Mad Pizza e Bar offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. Had updated room with opera house view, and I couldn't ask for more.
No issues.

Our room was lovely and spacious. It was tastefully designed with a pleasant colour scheme. The balcony was an added bonus.
.We were initially told the room was on one of the upper levels but in fact it was on level 4. The room was a little stuffy overnight and when we opened the balcony door to allow in some air it became quite noisy. We didn't find the bar or dining room very appealing and therefore chose to eat elsewhere.

It is very central and a great place if you are visiting Sydney
When checking out I was told I had to pay a 3% surcharge because I was using a credit card. I had just spent seven travelling New Zealand and Australia and this was the first time this happened.

For me as a walker and at the price the location was good.
I was not impressed with the restaurant. I would have preferred Internet access provided free or much cheaper than what was on offer, as a customer service.
